Is anyone else having problems with the Palm Pre?

The thread material that holds the battery behind the Palm Pre eventually loses it’s thickness which originally helped keep the battery held secure against it’s connectors.
I eventually cut a small square piece of napkin, folded it a couple times and placed it against the side of the battery to keep it firm and secure against it’s connectors. It has never shut off on me ever since.
To open the battery case, use your fingernails to push against the tiny button/slot at the bottom of the phone; the case will eventually snap open.

I don’tt have this issue, but one that I do have is with the Slider! It is very loose. It gives the impression that the phone is cheap! I have only had the phone for 2 weeks as well… Everything else is great about the phone… Hard decision.
