You can either transfer it directly using the micro USB plug or sync/upload them to Photobucket.com or Facebook.com (assuming you have setup accounts there already).
Choose Removable Drive on the Palm Pre if you choose to transfer photos via microUSB cable, then open the Photos subfolder in your Palm Pre.
