Purchase a Micro USB cable.
The Pre will function just like a USB drive. It doesn’t matter where you put media, it will find it. You may consider using folders for your separate them for YOU to find them though.
How do you charge this though? It uses the USB cable to charge AND transfer data. The power adapter that came with the phone is in 2 parts, an AC to USB DC converter and the Micro USB cable. You should be able to stick that cable in to the PC. That same cable will also charge from any USB port. That is unless you acquired a non-new unit.
